ASEAN plans to what?

Close to 5 days after Cyclone Nargis struck Myanmar, ASEAN has yet to mobilize anything to aid Myanmar.


Thailand and Indonesia have pledged something. Good for them but ASEAN is reacting really slow to aid one of its member states.
